Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after delivery. Replacements can be requested in lieu of a return, if the wrong item is received and the customer wishes to still receive the correct item. 

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or lost. Online orders are provided a $100 insurance through USPS for lost or damaged items. 
 

Shipping is only available for artificial floral bouquets, gift boxes, and lucky scoops. Shipping will be fulfilled via USPS. Shipping info will be provided via USPS.
