CLIENT INFORMATION:

All client information will remain confidential.
Clients are required to provide information for product purchases, scheduled events, session bookings, and invoices.

Clients are required to provide contact information for the voluntary e-mail list. This information is solely for the purpose of e-mailed newsletter disbursement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AGREEMENT :

All photograph content will be available for client access in the client’s online gallery. Clients are required to complete a print-release form for photography services. This strictly limits the photograph usage to Forever After Company for business and promotional purposes, and personal use by the client. This prohibits commercial use of photographs by any entity that is not Forever After Company. If contracted by a third-party for commercial use, these restrictions may not apply.
