Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT AND FEES:

Full payment is due upon ordering for all gift baskets and bouquets.

A retainer fee of 50% is required for all event decorating and photography bookings to reserve your scheduled event or session. Invoices for the remaining amount must be paid in full one week before the scheduled event or session. 

Retainer fees are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after delivery. Replacements can be requested in lieu of a return, if the wrong item is received and the customer wishes to still receive the correct item. 

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or lost. Online orders are provided a $100 insurance through USPS for lost or damaged items. 

If final photo edits are not to your liking, please reschedule with me within 7 days for a new session.

A session refund may be disbursed at my discretion. A pro-rated amount will be determined dependent on the amount of editing time invested.

Card disputes are handled through a third-party payment processor, Stripe, and the client’s bank.

CANCELLATIONS:

A 48 hour notice must be given for cancellations for events and photography sessions if you intend to reschedule for a later time, or are unable to do so through your appointment reminder. I understand life can be chaotic, and emergencies may arise, so please contact me so that accommodations can be made accordingly.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

If you have booked an event or photography session and do not show at the scheduled time without a cancellation notification, you will only be eligible to reschedule with me after contacting me directly. Two no-show appointments or cancellations will restrict eligibility to schedule.

WEATHER ADVISEMENT:

Quality photos require calm weather and a decent amount of lighting. If the weather is questionable on the day of a scheduled session, I reserve the right to reschedule, as wind and cloudy skies will drastically affect the quality of photos, unless the desired final product is to incorporate these effects.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL:

I welcome clients of all backgrounds, sexual orientations, and ethnicities. However, I reserve the right to refuse service for improper conduct of clients. This includes discrimination, foul language, inappropriate gestures or language, fraudulent activity, or defamation/slander.
